Refund & Cancellation Policy

The short version. Cancel anytime in one click from your Account. Clear refund windows on every plan. If something looks wrong on your bill, email us and we will look at your account and work it out fairly. No phone tree. No sales pitch. No guilt trip.
1. Monthly subscriptions
- Cancel anytime in one click from your Account.
- Access continues to the end of the billing period you have paid for.
- No mid-month refunds as standard. You keep what you paid for through period end.
- Your data stays safe for 6 months after cancellation.
- Come back anytime. We remember you, and your results are waiting.
2. Annual subscriptions
If we offer you an annual plan, these are the refund windows:
- Within 14 days of purchase or renewal: full refund, no questions asked (cooling-off).
- Day 15 to day 90: prorated refund for the unused months.
- After day 90: no refund, but access continues to the end of the year you paid for.
3. Team packages ($1,495 one-time)
- Within 30 days of purchase, if fewer than 3 team members have completed their assessment: full refund.
- Day 31 to day 90, if team usage has been light: 50% refund, and your team keeps access through the end of the year.
- After day 90: no refund, but your team keeps full access through the end of the year.
- If we cannot make the product work for your team, email us. We will make it right.
4. "I did not expect that charge"
If you see a charge you were not expecting, email hello@wiredtype.com within 30 days of the charge. We will look at your account and work it out fairly. Most of these get resolved the same day.
Please contact us first before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve it directly.
5. Auto-renewal
- We send a reminder email before any renewal charge. Monthly plans: 3 days before. Annual plans: 14 days before.
- You can cancel at any time from your Account. No phone calls. No chat gatekeeping.
- Every renewal charge includes a 7-day no-questions refund window from the date of the charge.
- Every receipt email includes a prominent refund link. It is never buried in fine print.
6. How to cancel
Canceling is as easy as signing up.
- Sign in to wiredtype.com, then open Account → Subscription → Cancel. One click plus one confirmation.
- Or email hello@wiredtype.com and we will handle it within 1 business day.
- No friction, no sales pitch, no "special offer" attempts to keep you.
7. How to request a refund
- From your Account, open Billing History and click "Request refund on this charge."
- Or email hello@wiredtype.com.
- We respond within 24 business hours. Approved refunds usually appear on your statement within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
8. Your rights
- You can download your data anytime from Account → Export.
- You can delete your account anytime from Account → Delete my account.
- We honor GDPR and CCPA rights. For details on how we handle your data, see our Privacy Policy.
- Our cancellation flow is FTC Click-to-Cancel compliant. Canceling is as easy as signing up.
