How does the free DISC test work?
WiredType’s free DISC test asks you to rank four responses in each of five scenarios. Your result shows your DISC type and four scores on the page. You do not need an account, email address or payment details.
Here is what you will do and what you will see when you finish.

Read the situation and tap the response most like you. Choose your second and third responses next. The remaining response becomes least like you. You can tap a ranked response to change your order before you press Next.
Answer for how you usually act. Each scenario asks you to choose among different responses, so think about the order that fits your experience. On the fifth scenario, press the result button to submit your answers.
Read your type and four scores on the page.
WiredType scores your answers on its server. Your result includes one of 25 types and scores for Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and Conscientiousness. A blend means more than one style is prominent in your result.
The five-scenario result gives you a first read to explore. You can follow the public profile for your type or read a guide to two styles together.

You can complete WiredType’s free test and read your result on the page without an account. An email address and payment details are not required for the free result.
What do my DISC scores mean?
The four scores describe the relative order of the DISC styles in your answers. They do not give your percentile compared with other people. The methodology page explains the scoring and type rules.
