How you pay
You pay by card, and a company card works too. When you buy 15 seats or more at once, you can pay by invoice with your PO number, due in 30 days.
You can add seats at any time. Each new seat is priced by its place in your new total, so seat 15 costs $19.95 even when your first 14 seats cost more. The seats you already paid for keep the price you paid.
What you see about each person
Each person's answers stay private.
You see each person's name, email, the date they joined, their DISC type and their four scores. You never see their answers to the questions. Each person reads what you will see before they join, and decides whether you can download their full report.

Questions buyers ask
Do the people I invite need to pay anything or enter a credit card?
No. Their seat is paid for. They sign in or create a free account from the invitation email, and they are never asked for payment details to take the assessment or read their report.
What exactly can I see about each person?
You see each person's name, email, the date they joined, their DISC type and their four scores. You never see their answers to individual questions. You can download a person's full report only if that person checks the box to share it, and they can uncheck it at any time. Each person reads these same facts in a notice before joining.
Can we pay by invoice or with a purchase order?
Yes, when you buy 15 seats or more at once. Choose Pay by invoice on the form and add your PO number. You get a link to the invoice at once, due in 30 days, and the seats open when it is paid. The invoice page also takes a billing address and tax details. Any number of seats can be paid by card, including a company card, and the receipt goes to the admin email.
What happens when someone leaves the company?
Remove them on your team dashboard. From then on you no longer see their name, type or scores, and their seat is free for the next person you invite. They keep their Full Profile, the same as a person who leaves the team on their own.
Can I add people later?
Yes. Add seats from your team dashboard whenever you hire. New seats are priced by their position in your new total, so they cost the same or less than the seats you already have.
Can we run several teams or departments?
Yes. Each purchase makes its own team with its own dashboard, and one person can be the admin of several teams.
Can I use this to screen candidates?
No. WiredType is for communication and self-understanding. Team profiles help people adapt how they work together. They are not a basis for hiring, promotion, pay or discipline decisions, and the Terms prohibit that use. Details are on the Responsible Use page.
Can I see a report before I buy?
Yes. You can read sample pages from the Full Profile, the report every seat includes. You can also take the free test yourself, which is shorter than the team assessment and takes about three minutes.
