of net, for life
Net is what the customer paid, less processing fees, tax, refunds and disputes. For life means every purchase a customer you found ever makes, for as long as your partner account stays open and in good standing (Terms 3.2 and 10.1).
35%at 25 customers
40%at 100 customers
50%at 500 customers
Your milestone rate applies to your whole customer book. Once reached, it is never lost.
Quarterly bonuses add 5, 10, 20 or 30 percent of your cleared commissions for the top 50, 25, 10 or 5 percent of active partners. A clean record is required. Until 100 partners are active in a quarter, the bands start at 5, 10, 25 and 50 customers found that quarter.
Earnings clear after the refund window. Payouts run weekly through Stripe once cleared earnings reach $25. During the launch period, before Stripe payout setup opens, your cleared earnings are recorded and held for you and are paid in the first weekly payout after it opens; your dashboard says when.
