Explain a style to your audience
People enjoy learning about the four DISC styles because they recognize the people they live and work with. Your job is to make that recognition kind and useful.
Pick one style and say three things: what people with this style bring, what helps them do their best, and one thing the people around them can try. For example, for the Steadiness style: "People with a strong S style often bring patience and loyalty. They do their best when they know what is coming. If you work with one, tell them about a change early and give them time to ask questions."
Three things to avoid: ranking the styles, using a style as a label to judge someone ("she's such a D"), and saying a style decides what a person can do. Each person is a mix of styles, and a result describes how someone tends to act.
