What sharing WiredType is for

People share WiredType because it gave them words for something they had felt for years: why one conversation goes easily and another goes wrong, why a friend needs time to think while they want to decide now. Sharing it is a way of handing those words to someone else.

The best reason to send it to someone is that you think their result will help them. A sister who keeps clashing with her manager, a friend who is about to move in with a partner, a team that is new to working together: each of them could use a clearer picture of how they come across and what the people around them need.

That is also the rule that keeps sharing worth doing. Send it to someone because it will help them, and say so in your own words. Never send it to fill a quota, never pressure anyone to buy, and always say when you earn a commission.
