Run a workshop

A workshop is an hour in which a group takes the free test together, learns the four styles and practices one real conversation. It works for a team, a class of adults, a book club or a coaching group.

Before the day, tell people what the hour is for, that the test is free, and that nobody has to share their result. If you are a partner, tell them you earn a commission if anyone buys through your link, and say it again at the start of the session. If WiredType gave you a free report, say that too.

During the hour, people take the test on their own phones. Their answers and results stay private unless they choose to share them, and in pairs each person chooses what to say about their own result.

Afterward, send one short note with what you covered and the links, only to people who asked for it on the handout's list. The workshop kit's note already has the lines an email about WiredType needs.
