- Take one minute to get ready. Read each dilemma aloud so everyone can follow along.
- Give each round two minutes. Hear the four DISC approaches, then combine ideas into one next step.
- Use the last two minutes to talk about an idea you would try at your next meeting.
The DISC approaches are prompts for discussion. Anyone can use any approach or pass on a turn. There are no scores or personality labels.
The PDF has a host guide and six round cards. You can read it aloud or print copies for the table.
