How DISC helps the people you reach
DISC describes four styles: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and Conscientiousness. Everyone uses all four, in different amounts, and the mix shapes how they decide, how they talk and what they need from other people.
The free test takes five short scenarios. In each one, the person ranks four responses from most to least like them, and the result shows which of 25 types fits them best, with four scores and a plain description. It is free, and they won't be asked for a credit card or any payment details to take it.
Compare is for two people. When both have a result and both agree to share, each one sees how the other tends to read the same moment, and what helps when they disagree.
Together is the page on WiredType that lists the people you compare results with. For each person who shares a result with you, such as Jess, Together shows how to approach Jess. Sharing is always mutual, and either person can stop sharing at any time.
WiredType is for understanding yourself and the people around you. Its terms ask that it never be used to diagnose or treat anyone, or to make hiring, promotion or pay decisions. A result describes how someone tends to act; it starts a conversation.
