Where to paste your signature
- In Gmail, open Settings, choose See all settings and paste it into Signature on the General tab.
- In Outlook on the web, open Settings, choose Accounts, then Signatures, and paste it into the box.
- In Apple Mail on a Mac, open Settings, choose Signatures, add a signature and paste it in.
