Meet the people behind the styles.
Choose a face to read their story.
In a blend, the capital letter is the style that leads and the small letter is the one that comes second, so Ds means D leads with S behind it. In a paradox type, a small p sits between two opposite styles that are both high, so DpS means D and S are both strong at once. Three capital letters, such as DIC, mean three styles are all strong, and DISC means all four are strong.
Red means D, gold I, blue C and green S. Ring colors show the letters in each type. The dark ring marks your selection.

These fictional characters illustrate DISC preferences. We place each character from the four DISC scores of their type, using the same rule that places your own dot. We spread every position, yours included, out from the center by the same amount so the faces have room. We move some faces so they do not cover each other or your dot. We also draw the five characters at the center smaller and move them apart so you can see each one.
